Demory is a private personal journal app that lets you record your memories, attach photos, tag moods, and receive AI-generated reflections. It is designed for personal, non-commercial use.
You own all memories, stories, and photos you create in the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license only to store and display your content to you (not to others or the public).

The App uses AI to generate short reflections on your memories. These are for personal inspiration only and should not be taken as professional advice (medical, legal, psychological, etc.). The AI content is generated automatically and may not always be accurate.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Please read it to understand how we handle your data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any loss of data, interruption of service, or damages arising from your use of the App. We always recommend keeping personal backups of important memories.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
